KAMALA BAKSHI ELDERS HOME SOCIETY, a home away from home… for our senior citizens.This two acre plot allotted to us by the DDA is home for almost hundred people.It is a labour of love, dedication and hard work of many years by my mother,Smt Kamala Bakshi and her able team which has made this beautiful and comfortable abode for our senior citizens.We are eternally greatful and indebted to all our respected members and staff who have worked selflessly to make this dream come true.

 Home like ours are an integral part of modern indiansociety, owing to the disintegration of the joint family system into nuclear society due to social and economic compulsions. Also the advanced medical facilities has had a positive influence on the quality and longevity of our lives! After retirement this leaves many elders feeling lonely and alone as the younger generation is busy in their pursuit for a better life and career goals.

 The elderly do feel lonely, deserted abandoned by their own kith and kin. They need to be treated with a lot of love compassion and care which is also our main goal.

 The complete life,the perfect pattern, includes old age as well as youth and maturity. The golden years has its pleasures which though different are not less than the pleasures of youth.

TO break the monotony of life we have loads of activities lined up here to keep them busy and happy likesinging,meditation,yoga,indoor games etc.

 This is a sentiment, I very strongly advocate here at KBEHS.Helping seniors live quality life, we take pride in being the best in terms of quality and care.My able staff who are actually the invaluable pillars of our organization make it a charming place for the golden years. Age is just a number here and all the grandma’s and grandpas’s reinforce this thought.They are our life lines here,friendly,warm, hospitable and beautiful.Infact they are the sunshine that makes our premises beam and shine with their presence.

Our parents have brought us into this world and given us this beautiful gift called “LIFE” and made us who we are today…Let us all take a pledge today to protect and care for them and ensure that their golden years are as blissful,peaceful,healthy,happy and comfortable as can be coz,” THEY ARE PRECIOUS”
